Notice: Accommodation will be made and the abstracts will be included and published in the Conference Programme and Proceedings, on CD-rom and papers in a proper journal, only if the Conference fee is paid during one month after the on-line registration. If the payment is not made on time, the reservation will be cancelled and papers will be rejected.
